Write-Up #1
Description:
Lelouch and a friend of his (every mentions of the friend's name is static) ditched class in order to play with a noble, on the condition that the noble should pay a hefty sum if Lelouch is to win. Lelouch starts his play by moving his king forward, saying:
"If the king does not lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow?"
The match ends in Lelouch's victory, and the money being handed to Lelouch.
Feelings: Calmness, despite the strong opposition. Utmost confidence in his victory, even with that bold move.
What this means to Lelouch:
He starts off knowing about his strategic ability, but without the know-how to even pull those plays, he figured that he either must've been a lucky guy, or just dumb enough to pull off that stunt.
Regardless, he knows that he's a leader, but of what?
Write-Up #2
Description: Basic knowledge of Chess rules, some simple strategies. Basically nothing much, just enough to get you playing.
Write-Up #3
Description:
The memory starts when Lelouch's fixing up his Zero costume (considering the current memories he has, it'd be blurred and unclear.), and a cat wandering out wearing the very same mask that he wore as Zero. Naturally, Zero's identity being hush-hush etc. Lelouch gave chase to it. The addition of the Student Council President (Milly, blurred) to the chase by making it a free-for-all for all students doesn't make it better. At all.
It's also worth noting that during this chase scene Lelouch was Geassing people left and right, but the lack of his Geass meant that he couldn't exactly remember why they listened to him. There's also a scene up on the roof where he tried to get the cat, but a freak accident almost caused him to fall. There's also shenanigans with the cat too since it did happen on the roof.
Someone saved him, but he's not sure who it was. And then a little girl very familiar and distant at the same time kissed both him and that someone on the cheek for saving the cat. The memory ends there.
Feelings: URGENCY, MUST PROTECT THE... THING, Gratefulness.
What this means to Lelouch:
Lelouch will be sort of convinced he's a shounen protag with a weird school life. Probably related to his chess battle.
Write-Up #4
Description:
This video till 9:08
This video till 22:19
A girl is overlooking a mountain range with snow draped over some parts of it. There's sound of preparations for a coming battle and Lelouch happened to notice her. The conversation in the first video discussed why Lelouch is... Lelouch. What's with his change in family name and still keeping on to his given name because he couldn't let go. Lelouch retorted that C.C.'s is such an inhuman name. And then the girl changed the topic to:
"Lelouch, do you know why snow is white? Snow is white because it has forgotten what color it is supposed to be."
The memory then fizzled out. When it resumed, Lelouch is staring at the girl again, this time with a mask on as he said his answer:
"C.C., I don't know why snow is white, but I still think snow is beautiful. I don't hate it."
Feelings: Starts off with annoyance and confusion. The memory ends up with a sincere sentence, though.
What this means: Lelouch knows the name of the girl he's talking to, but he's not exactly sure why she's important to him. There's also the fact that he now knows what his first name is, but not his family name.
And that he's a commander of some sorts? Just what kind of life was he leading...?
Write-Up #5
Description:
The memory is jumbled up, but it's pretty clear that it's just normal school days, with gym classes, normal classes and history classes. Lelouch can be seen slacking off and not really doing too many works. He often can be seen with his friends (face and name glitched out), but it's clear that even with his grouchy face, the time he spent here is important.
There's also sights of a wheel-chaired girl (face and name glitched out), as she often hung out with his friends too.
Feelings: Bothered at actual schoolwork, Sort of happy and exasperated at his friends.
What this means: It appears that Lelouch is really a normal student with... sort of dangerous hidden activities considering his last shard, so Lelouch is going to keep trying to figure this out.
Write-Up #6
Description: Ever wanted to organize a ceasefire? Or maybe trying to change a situation with words? Yeah, that's the kind of skill this is. This shard gives you the ability to negotiate with people, as well as the complicated words associated with it.
